How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
You have 90 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your return arrives safely, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the customer or returned in non-original condition.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

Shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable
Processing & Refunds
After your return is approved by our Customer Support Team, we will provide detailed instructions and a return address.
You may use your own shipping label; however, customers must provide trackable shipping information to prevent issues with lost packages.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.
Once completed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund within 7 days after we receive your return, please contact us and we will review the issue promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
A return is not required for damaged or incorrect items—we will make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process first.
After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Please contact us as soon as possible, as orders are quickly forwarded to our fulfillment team for processing.
If you need to correct an address or product detail, reach out to us before your order ships—we’re happy to help.
Cancellations outside the 12-hour window cannot be accepted.
Package Never Arrived
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 5–8 business days, plus 1–3 business days for processing.
If your package has not arrived within this window, please allow an additional 5 business days, as delays may occur due to carrier or local postal conditions.
If your order has still not arrived after 15 business days, we will send a replacement immediately.
